MONTESSORI TEACHER - VICE PRINCIPAL TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI (TFM)

Tran Thi Tai Linh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and currently serves as an AMI 0–3 Montessori Educator and Vice Principal at Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM). With a strong foundation in early childhood education and a deep connection with young children, she is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment where children are encouraged to develop independence, a love of exploration, and their unique potential.

In her teaching practice, she places great importance on observation, listening, and understanding each child as an individual. Through thoughtful observation and meaningful interactions, she supports children in developing naturally, building confidence, and establishing essential foundations during their early years. She believes that early childhood experiences play a vital role in shaping children's character, thinking, and connection with the world around them.

Committed to continuous learning, Tai Linh sees herself not only as a guide but also as a lifelong learner in the journey of early childhood education. In both her teaching and leadership roles, she strives to work alongside the teaching team in creating a high-quality Montessori environment where every child is loved, respected, and given opportunities to reach their full potential.

Outside of education, she enjoys spending meaningful moments with her family and exploring new places through travel. These experiences help her maintain balance, renew positive energy, and continue bringing inspiration and dedication to her lifelong journey in early childhood education.
