Jhane Escobia is the Principal of Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM), an AMI International Montessori Teacher, and an AMI Montessori Administrator. With extensive experience in early childhood education and Montessori leadership, she plays an important role in guiding the school's educational direction and maintaining a high-quality Montessori learning environment aligned with international standards.

She believes that education is not merely the transmission of knowledge, but a journey of accompanying each child's natural development. Through respect for each child's individuality, careful observation, and a deep understanding of children's needs, she strives to create an environment where children can discover their potential, develop independence, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong curiosity for learning.

In her leadership role, Jhane Escobia works closely with the teaching team to foster professionalism, continuous growth, and a shared commitment to Montessori values. She is dedicated to developing a team of passionate and highly qualified educators while partnering with families to support children's development through the Montessori philosophy.

Committed to lifelong learning, Jhane Escobia continues to pursue professional development and educational research in alignment with the philosophy and standards of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
