Razel Ann Moncada is the Vice Principal of Tiny Flower Montessori (TFM), a Licensed Professional Teacher, an AMI Montessori Administrator, and an AMI-trained Montessori educator. She also holds a Master's Degree in English and is a Cambridge English Badge Holder. Guided by the Montessori philosophy and international educational standards, she is committed to supporting both children's development and the professional growth of educators.

She believes that a high-quality learning environment is built upon respect for each child's individuality, carefully prepared classrooms, and strong collaboration among educators. Working closely with the teaching team, she helps strengthen English language proficiency in accordance with Cambridge English standards while integrating a child-centered Montessori approach. Her leadership focuses on creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture children's independence, confidence, curiosity, and lifelong love of learning.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Razel Ann Moncada views herself as both an educational leader and a lifelong learner. With more than 12 years of teaching experience across different age groups, she continues to pursue advanced Montessori training, educational research, and professional development in alignment with the philosophy and standards of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Through her dedication, she strives to support both educators and children in achieving excellence within an authentic Montessori environment.
