Summary of the AMI Montessori School Leadership Course in Vietnam

The AMI Montessori School Leadership Course in Vietnam marked the completion of a meaningful journey of learning, connection, and transformation for nearly 40 participants. More than a course, it became a vibrant community shaped by reflection, authentic dialogue, and shared growth. Participants deepened their ability to listen, empathize, and lead with heart-centered awareness. While the course has ended, a shared mission begins: to nurture compassionate and purpose-driven educational leaders for children.

Course 1 Recap – Montessori School Leadership & Management in Vietnam

"Some courses end with a certificate...
and some end with a hug."

Course 1 – Montessori School Leadership & Management in Vietnam has come to a close, marking the completion of a meaningful journey of learning, connection, and transformation.

Nearly 40 participants—dedicated educators and school leaders—came together to engage in a profound learning experience where knowledge was not only delivered but also explored, reflected upon, and deeply understood from within.

Looking back at the moments captured in the video, it is easy to see that this was more than just a training course—it was a community. Attentive listening, heartfelt conversations, moments of deep emotion, and warm smiles of connection all contributed to making this journey truly special.

Perhaps the most lasting takeaway is not only the knowledge of leadership and school management, but also the ability to listen, understand, and lead with heart.

Our sincere gratitude goes to:

  • Our participants, whose openness, authenticity, and commitment to continuous learning became the heart of this course, creating a supportive and inspiring learning community.
  • Ms. Hien, Ms. Courtney, Mr. Todd Covert, and Ms. Sue Pritzker, whose teaching extended far beyond knowledge-sharing to inspire reflection, deeper awareness, and personal growth.
  • MVEC, TFM, MTCNE, and AMI, whose collaboration made it possible to deliver a high-quality international training program that contributes to the growth of the Montessori leadership community in Vietnam.
  • Our technical, interpretation, and operations teams, whose dedication behind the scenes ensured a seamless and meaningful learning experience for everyone.

Together, we did more than complete a course—we shared a journey of growth. From here, each participant will continue on their own path while carrying a shared mission: to become educational leaders who listen deeply, understand compassionately, and lead with heart—for the benefit of children.

The journey has ended, but the mission has only just begun.
