Mr. Todd Covert

“Montessori Leader & Trainer”

Todd Covert is an educational leader and co-founder of The Montessori School of the Berkshires (MSB) which is nestled on a 40-acre campus in Western Massachusetts. He holds degrees in Philosophy, Environmental Education, and Educational Leadership. Todd also trains leaders through the Whole School Leadership Institute and Association Montessori International’s administrator course and serves as President of The Montessori Schools of Massachusetts. Todd’s three children (21, 16, and 12) all have a Montessori education.

Todd’s passion for personal and professional growth led him to found Beartown Leadership, where he offers coaching, mentoring, and leadership training. As a Learning Kata Practitioner, his programs, grounded in the Presence-Based Coaching methodology, help leaders develop self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges, which ultimately helps foster growth in individuals and organizations.
